WHEREAS, on the 15th day of July , 1936, the
" City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary SewerImprovement
SR-250, District SR-250, and directed the City Engineer
{ to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
T - BE IT RESOLVED bythe CityCouncil of

Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
*1 be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the 5th day of August , 1936, at 10:00 .

j of all persons interested to the confirmation of said re-
solution ordering said improvement .
