RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
MAKE APPLICATION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT
OF THE UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION
TO CONSTRUCT THE CONCRETE SEAWALL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer for said City, be and he is
hereby directed and authorized to mike application to the War

Department of the United State^ for permission to construct a
concrete seawall along Indian Creek from the south line of Block
M, Atlantic Heights Subdivision, to the north line of 69th Street,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, anu to make application in
the name of said city or in his own name as representative of
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15th day of July, A.n. 1936.
