A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
VACATING THAT CERTAIN THREE FOOT
EASEMENT EXTENDING IN AN EASTERLY
AND WESTERLY DIRECTION THROUGH BLOCK
"A" OF A RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF
BLOCK 48 OF OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO.
3 IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, this body has been petitioned by the owners of
all lots abutting upon that certain three-foot easement extend-»
ing in an easterly and westerly direction through Block "A" of
a Resubdivision of Part of Block 48 of Ocean Beach Addition No.
3, as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 21 at Page 26 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, to vacate that
certain three-foot easement , and it appearing that all of the
owners who might- be injuriously affected by such proposed vaca-
tion are in favor of same.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That all of the certain three-foot easement which extends
in an easterly and westerly direction through said Block "A" of
a Resubdivision of part of Block 48 of Ocean Beach Addition No.
3, as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 21 at Page 26, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, be and the same is hereby vacated,
discontinued and abandoned.
