BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , August
5th , A. D. 1936, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvementea.s to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvernent/3, as
completed, be and the sa.meaiv hereby accepted.
