RESOLUTION NO. 3634
SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-248 DISTRICT SR-24!-8
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 15th day of July 1935 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-246 District SR-248
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 5th day of
August 19 36 , at the City Hall in said City at 10X0
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement • and no objections having been presented
at the time and pla3e aforesaid,

City of M:.ianu tieh, Flo:idc., that the said resolution of
said City C un:;iJ. odsring said Sanitary Sewer
Improvem-n SR-24g- Listrict SR-248 ; be and the same is
hereby conf'i..rmed; a,ld on appropriation of $209.61 is
hereby suthcriz.ec_ to be se-6 up from Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hFreby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
