SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SETTER
IMPROVEMENT SR-249 DISTRICT SR-249
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 15th day of July 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Imnrovement SR-245 District SR-249
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and. an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 5th day of
August 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and pla3e aforesaid,
