WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-146 ,
District H-146 , has been completed and a.c'ceptance of ,'
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, TIiE-'EFORE, ..;E IT R ESOLITED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami _S- ach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on August
19th, A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
