A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SIDEWALK

WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-77 ,
F„°s4 District SK-77 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
HOW, TI E7 E ORE, FiE IT RESOLvED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami :;each, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of s«.id City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on August
19th, A. D. 1936 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
