Resolution 3642-A RESOLUTION NO. 36 .2 A
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the cer-
tificate of the President of the City Council, one
Member of said City Council and the Supervisor of Re-
gistration of the result of the canvass of the returns
of the special election held in said City on July 21st,
1936, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said
returns and certificate ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of said City that they hereby adopt the said certificate
as the result of said election and it is hereby ordered
that the same be recorded in the minutes of this meeting
as a permenent record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day August, A.D. ,
1936.
