RESOLUTION NO. 36+5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO UNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAviI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS on the 11th aay of August, 1936, there was submitted
to the City Council of said City the following proposal:
"August 11, 1936
Miami Beach City Council,
Miami Beach, Florida.
G-ENTLELEN:
lye are hereby offering to you for a client of
ours, whose name is Anna L. Sanders, Lot 14, block 78,
Ocean Beach Addition i4o. 3 for the total purchase price
of x1750.00 all c .sh to be paid within forty-five days
after delivery of abstract brought down to date
It is understood and agreed that title to this
property shall be found free from all liens and marketable.
Taxes are to be prorated as of date of closing, and
certified liens to be paid by the seller and any pending
liens to be paid by the purchaser. In the event title
is not foundto be good and marketable, the seller agrees
to use reasonable diligence to make the said title good
and marketable and shall have a reasonable time so to do,
and if after reasonable diligence on his part said title
shall not oe made good and marketable within a reasonable
length of time, you shall be released from all obligation
pertaining to same ; or upon your request, the seller shall
deliver the title in its existing condition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVg.D by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said proposal be accepted under
the terms and conditions and provisions of Section 26 of the City
Charter of the City of Miami Beach as amended in 1925 ; that the Mayor
and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized to execute such
documents as may be necessary to c , rry this resolution into effect
and that they report their acts and doings relative thereto to the
said City Council.
