SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-251 DISTRICT SR-251
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 5th day of August 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-251 District SR-251 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 19thday of
August 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o1 clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said imp -oveme_nt , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THr:AFYOR2 , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
