BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That tyle construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-253 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances .
Wit, or near the west curb of Pine Tree Drive
from a point at or near the southerly line
of Lot 5, Block 47, Orchard Subdivision
Number 2 and 3, produced easterly, to a point
at or near the northerly line of Lot 1, Block
50, said Orchard Subdivision Nos . 2 and 3,
produced easterly.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each one hundred (100) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Drive , Lots, Blocks a.nd. Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Pate
116, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement andan estimate
of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates , the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the Preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of adjacent Property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-253, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-253.
