SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-254

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA: '
That the construction of the following described iinprovenient is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-254 The laying underground of an 8° Terra Cotta
Sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appur-
tenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley lying
between Michigan Avenue and Lenox Avenue from
a point at or near the centerline of 13th
Street to point at or near the north line of
Lot 8, Block 93, Ocean Beach Addition Number
3, Produced westerly.
Together with a 611 Terra Cotta Sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty (50) feet of adjacent property as a
part of the main improvement,
As said Alley, Avenues, Street, Lot, Block and
Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book 2, Page 81, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City gngineer is hereby directed to
prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and. Specifications of said Improvement
and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prep_ara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, -
proceedings and ?;- 'r for;
le-al services, a'ostracts,
n or�� herein provided and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer improvement SR-254, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be desi, nated as District SR-254.
