RESOLUTION NO. 3661 �_
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-161
H-161
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby Ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-161 WEST 41ST STREET FROM PRAIRIE AVENUE TO SHERIDAN AVENUE,
to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be reoaved
to a width of seventy (70) feet with a bituminous Tearing
surface on a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage , sewer inlets, manholes
and catch basins , and improved on both sides with concrete
curb and `utter.
As said Stre t and Avenues are shown on plats recorded in
Plat Book 3 , Page 116, and in Plat Book 25, rage 30 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and. specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre oara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts ,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against e-ch front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designatedin all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-161, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-161.
FASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st _�D�.Y OF August A.D 1936.
