RESOLUTION NO. 3661

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIA= BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter.
WW-15 EAST SIDE OF PINE TREE DRIVE: From the south
2.Lne of West 24 Street to the north line of
West 25 Street.
ON BOTH SIDES OF FLALI: ? `0 PLACE: from the
north line of West 24 Terrace to the south line
of West 25 Street.
j ON BOTH SIDES OF FLAP-.-iING O DRIVE: from the north
line of West 24 Street to the south line of
West 25 Street,
ON BOTH SIDES LAKE PANCOAST DRIVE: from the north
line of West 24 Street to the east line of Flamingo
Drive.
ON BOTH SIDES WEST 24 STREET: from the east line of
Pine Tree Drive to the east line of Lake Pancoast
Drive.
ON BOTH SIDES OF WEST 25 STREET: from the east line
of Pine Tree Drive to the east line of Flamingo
Drive,
All to be improved with a vThiteway lighting system
of ornamental posts and lamps at approximately
one hundred twenty-five (125) feet on each Drive,
Place, Terrace and Street, with underground connections
for lighting.
As said Drives, Streets, Terrace and Place are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 61 and in
Plat Book 34, Page 68, and in Plat Book 26, Page 13,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file witbb- the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement, and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including; an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of Preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the Preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against eachfront foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Whitewn.y Improvement WW--15, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desienated
as District WW-15.
