SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-253 DISTRICT SR-253
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 19th day of August 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-253 District SR-253 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
September 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
otclock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and plate aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami :eeach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Ccun ii. ordering said Sanitary Sewer
improvement SR-253 - Liscrict SR-253 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, : '.1d an appropriation of $732.93 is
hereby authcri2ec_ to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
