SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-6 DISTRICT SL-6
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of August , 1936 , ordered the
Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-6 , District SL-6 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and, an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said. improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
September, 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and pla:e aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami leach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Cc unci'± o r,der-ing said Sewer Lateral
improvement SL-6 District SL-6 ; be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $220.00 is
hereby authcriLeL to be set up from Current Fund Appropriation
the City Council hereby declaring_ its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
