HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-161 DISTRICT H-161
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of August 1936 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-161 District H-161 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
September, 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and pla3e aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City or' Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Ccuneil oc:iaring said Highway
Improvem; n'; H-161 - Li;;crict H-161 ; be and the same is
hereby confirmed; and an appropriation of $10 ,883.40 is
hereby authoriLec: to be set up from Special Road and Bridge
Fund,the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
