RESOLUTION NO. 3679
WHITEWAY
IMPROVEMENT WW-15 DISTRICT WW-15
•
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of August 1936 , ordered the
Whiteway Improvement WW-15 District WW-15 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
September 19 36 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
os clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THH:REYORE , £E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami .each, F'lor'ida, that the said resolution of
said City C uncij. ordering said Whiteway
improvement WW-15 , Lis Lrict WW-15 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed; and an appropriation of3 550.00 is ,
hereby authcrizeL to be se-6 up from Curren F {
und Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
