RESOLUTION NO. 3685
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS on the 31st day of August , 1936 , there was submitted
to the City Council of said City , the following proposal:

Miami Beach City Council,
Miami Beach, Florida.
Gentlemen:
We are hereby offering to you for a client
of ours , whose name is Anna L. Sanders , Lot 13 , Block 78,
Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 , for the total purchase price
of $2150.00 , all cash, to be paid within forty-five (45)
days after delivery of abstract brought down to date.
It is understood and agreed that title to
this property shall be found free from all liens and
marketable. Taxes are to be prorated as of date of clos-
ing, and certified liens to be paid by the seller and
any pending liens to be paid by the purchaser. In the
event title is not found to be good and marketable , the
seller agrees to use reasonable diligence to make the
said title good and marketable and shall have a reasonable
time so to do, and if after reasonable diligence on his
part said title shall not be made good and marketable ,
you shall be released from all obligation pertaining
to same; or upon your request , the seller shall deliver
the title in its existing condition.

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that said proposal be accepted under the
terms and conditions and provisionsof Section 26 of the City Charter
of the City of Miami Beach as amended in 1925; that the Mayor and
City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized to execute such docu-
ments as may be necessary to carry this resolution into effect and
that they report their acts and doings relative thereto to the said
City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, A. D. , 1936.
