WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-127, 142 and 141,
142 and 144
Districts H-1274 havebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvement _r. econmended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer, .
HOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City oi' Miami Reach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be giver in accordance with the
Charter of said- City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 otclock A. M. on September
16th, A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September,
