RESOLUTION NO. 3688
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-g0 DISTRICT SK-80
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 2nd day of September,1936 , ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-80 , District SK-80
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of saidimprovement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 16thday of
September 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement . and no objections having been presented
at the time and pla3e aforesaid,
THERENORE , EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Floridh:.:., that the said resolution of
said City Cc uric u. o odsr ing said. Sidewalk
Improvem-nt SK-80 LiWGrict SK-S0 . be and the same is
hereby confirmed, .3,.nd an appropriation of*398.75 is
hereby au thcriaec. to be sel, up from Curren Fund appropriation,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
