HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-162 DISTRICT H-162
WHEREAS , the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 'aid day of September l936 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-16a District H-1602,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improve':ent and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that tDe City Council would on the 16thday of
September 193b , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o'clock Ao M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and plate aforesaid,
THi+:REFORE , FE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami :teach , Florida, that th.E said resolution of

hereby confirmed, and an apprJoriation of *1 ,588.40 is
hereby authcrtLec_ to be set up from Special Road and Bridge
Fund the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
Fund,.
