A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVMENT H-140 DISTRICT H-140
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-140,
District H-140 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE,RE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of s4.id City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on October
7th , A. D. 1936, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
