SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-255 SR-255
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-255 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement
in Block 27, Lakeview Subdivision, from the
west line of Lot 2, Block 27, to the interesection
of the centerline of said easement produced
westerly and the centerline of Cherokee Avenue.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta Sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty (50) feet of adjacent property as a
part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue and Block and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 42 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-255, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-255.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF September A.D 1936.
