RESOLUTION NO. 05
SANITARY SiWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-258 DISTRICT
58-258
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR»258 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances,
.At or near the centerline of -
36 Street °{. t61,e east property line of
Collins Avenue to approximately 1141 east.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
from Lot 4, Block 23 and Lot 1, Block 25,
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
5, Page 8 of the Public Records of Dade County, r.
Florida, as said 36th St. is named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against eQch front foot of
adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-258, and the propert
against which assessments therefor maybe made for the cost be designated as District SR-25 .
