SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
-- That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-260 The laying underground of an 8ti Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Chase Avenue
from a point at or near the centerline,
produced westerly, of Lot 12, Block 7, First
Addition to Mid-Golf, to a point at or near
the north line, produced westerly, of Lot 11,
Block 7, First Addition to Mid-Golf.
Together with a 6!n terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer' to the ;.ine of each sixty-
five feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Avenue, Block and Subdivision are shown
01 on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 161,

of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
a of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR260, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-260.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF October A.D 1936.
