SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to vitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2018 -003 -JC, for
Insurance Certificate Tracking System and Related Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Invitation to
Negotiate (ITN) No. 2018 -003 -JC, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s) to
provide the City with a web -based, insurance document tracking and management system that
lowers the risk of city contractors operating or doing work without insurance.
The City received proposals pursuant to this ITN on Friday, February 9, 2018. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established
in the ITN.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Andrew Bejel, Risk & Benefits Analyst, Risk Management, City of Miami Beach
• Georgette Daniels, Financial Analyst III, Emergency Management, City of Miami Beach
• Alian Gonzalez, Contracts Compliance Officer, Procurement, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Robert Aragon, Claims Coordinator, Risk Management, City of Miami Beach
• Febe Perez, Contracting Analyst, Procurement, City of Miami Beach
• Jennifer Sanchez, Human Resources Specialist, Risk Management, City of Miami Beach
