SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-256 DISTRICT SR-256
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 16th day of September 1936, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-256 District SR-256 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 7th day of
October 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o1 clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and plate aforesaid,
THIS:REFORE: , HE IT DESCLVr.D by the City Council of the
City of Miumi " 'each , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Ccuncij. ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-256 , LieLrict SR-256 ; be and the same is
hereby confirmed, a.,-1d an appropriation of $819 .60 is
hereby authcriaed to be set up from Current Fund appropriation,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
