RESOLUTION NO. 3722
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-257 DISTRICT SR-257
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 24th day of September 1936, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-257 District SR-257
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 7th day of
October 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o1 clock A., M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
