SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-260 DISTRICT SR-260
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of October 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-260 District SR-260 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 21st day of
October 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
olclock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said. resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City CcunOLL o' i ring said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-260 Lis crict SR-260 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, - .1d an appropriation of $233.53 is
hereby authcrized� to be set up from Current Fund Appropeia-
tion, the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
