WHEREAS, on the 21st day of October
1936, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Highway Improvement
H-163, District H-163, and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimete of the cost thereof, ,including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
TH : EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
V be posted et the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach on the lith day of November , 19 , at 10:00 .
H. , the City Council will hear the objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said re-
solution ordering said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2lstday of October
