HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-163 DISTRICT H-163
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of October 1936 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-1b3 District H-363
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 14-th day of
November, 19 36 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid)
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Peach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City C unci. ordering said Highway
improvement H-163 - , Li s t rict H-163 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $628.65 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Special Road and Bridge
Fund, the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City Forces without contract.
