SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-261 DISTRICT SR-261
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of October 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-261 District SR-261 ,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 4th day of
November 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10;00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami- Beach , FloL-ida, that the said resolution of
said City Ccuncil. o.7-Bering said Sanitary Sewer
improvement SR-261 Listrict SR-261 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, as:ui an appropriation of $286.58 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund appropriation
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
