WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-246, 247, 249 and 252,

said improvements r. econmended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10100 o 'clock A. M. on November
18th , A. D. 1936 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in o2 affected by the said improve-

mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
