Resolution 3743 RESOLUTION NO. 3743
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and instructed
to prepare a suitable pension ordinance covering all employees
of the City of Miami Beach, and report the same back to the
City Council at the earliest practicable date, and that the
necessary steps be taken looking to the enactment at the
next Legislative Session of such laws as may be necessary
to make said ordinance effective.
