WATERFRONT
IMPROVEMENT BH-7 DISTRICT BH-7
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of November, 1936, ordered the
Waterfront Improvement BH-7, District BH-7, and has pre-
pared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specificat-
ions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost there-
of, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental
expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice by
publication as required by the City Charter has been made
that the City Council would on the 18th day of November 18,
1936, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment , and no objections having been presented at the time
and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Waterfront Improvement BH-7,
District BH-7, be and the same is hereby confirmed, and an
appropriation of $2,706.00 is hereby authorized to be set
up from Current Fund Surplus.
