SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-263 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances
At or near the west curb of Pine Tree Drive
from a point at or near the northerly line,
produced easterly, of Lot 1, Block 50, Orchard
Subdivision Nos. 2 & 3, to a point at or near
the north line, produced easterly, of Lot 4,
Block 50, Orchard Subdivision No. 2 & 3.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta lateral from
the main sewer to the line of each one hundred
(100) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Drive, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in $at Book 8,
Page 116 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the city clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal service
abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-262, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-262.
