RESOLUTION NO . 3759
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-262
IMPROVEMENT SR-262
WHEREAS, on the lith da.y of November 1936, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the mprovement design_ ted as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-22, District SR-26?? and directed the City Engineer
to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
pxove±Hent and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and esti-
mate of incidental expenses 'rave been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Ave-
nue Fire Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice
stating that at a meeting of the City Cocil of Miami
•
Beach on
the 2nd day of December , 193b at 10:00

of all persons interested to the confirmation of said re-
solution ordering said improvement ,
