SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR..263 DISTRICT SR-263
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 18th day of November 1936 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-26,3 District SR-263
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
December 19 36 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach ,. Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-263, District SR-263 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $604.12 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund appropriation, rt
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
