RESOLUTION NO. 3772
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-82 DISTRICT SK-82
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the lgth day of November 1936, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-82, District SK—g2
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2nd day of
December 19310 , at the City Hall in said City at te. be,
o' clock A, Mt , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said, improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said. Sidewalk
Improvement SK—S2 , District SK-82 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1, 557.60 1,s _
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund appropriation,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract♦
