SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-265 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manhOles and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Sheridan Avenue
from a point twenty-six (26) feet south of
the north line, produced westerly, of Lot 13,
Block D, Surprise Lake Subdivision, to a point
at or near the north line, produced westerly
of Lot 9, Block ), Surprise Lake Subdivision.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main line to the line of approximately
each 501 of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 9,
Page 114 of the Public Records of Dade County, 11
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-265, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-265.
