SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:

That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the
City Charter:
SR-266 The laying underground of an 81 terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the center of an easement in Block
25, Lakeview Heights Subdivision from the north
line of Lot 20, to the point 1001 south of the
north line of Lot 20.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
to the line of approximately each 60= of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Easement, Block, Lot and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 27, Page
5 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be design, ed in all proceedings, assessmexi
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-266, and the property
against which assessments thereofor may be made for the cost there-
of shall be designated as District SR-266.
