RESOLUTION NO. 3789
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, GRANTING THE APPLI-
CATION OF VENETIAN SHORTWAY, INC., FOR CERTI-
FICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
TO OPERATE EIGHT (8) OR MORE INTER-CITY BUSSES
OR FOR-HIRE CARS.
WHEREAS, VENETIAN SHORTWAY, INC. , 1000 Lincoln
Road, Miami Beach, Florida, filed their application for certificate
of public convenience and necessity to operate eight ( 8) or more
inter-city busses or for-hire cars; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing upon said application
was held this date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the application
of the above-named corporation for certificate of public conven-
ience and necessity for the operation of eight ( 8) or more
inter-city busses or for-hire cars be and the same is hereby
granted.
