SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-267 DISTRICT SR-267
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 2nd day of December 193 6, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-267 District SR-267
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of saidimprovement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that te City Council would on the 16thday of
December 1936 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o1clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confiiuiation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the ,.ime and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-267 , District SR-267 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $97.57 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
