SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-£ 3 DISTRICT SK-83
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 2nd day of December 1936, ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-$3 , District SK-83
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said. improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that tile City Council would on the 16thday of
Decembet 193b , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the 'Gime and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-83 , District SK-83 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $121.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Funds
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
