TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN

WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-253, 258 & 260
258 & 260
Districts SR-253/haisebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrfcoinmended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
t Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on January 6th
A. D. 1937 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsa.s to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
