SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF,MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the
City Charter.
SR-268 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley in
Block 93, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, froma
point at or near the south line, produced
westerly, of Lot 7, Block 93, Ocean Beech
Addition No. 3, to a point at or near the
north line, produced westerly, of said Lot
7.
Together with a 6" terra cotta lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately
each fifty feet of abutting property as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Alley, Block, Subdivision and Lots are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 2,,Page
81 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimatedamount to be assessed against each front foot of
adjacent property.
This Improvement shall, be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR268, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-268.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF December A.D. 1936.
