SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-269 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Chase Avenue from
a point at or near the north line, produced westerly,
of Lot 11, Block 7, irst Addition to Mid-Golf, `
to a point at or near the north line, produced
easterly, of Lot 16, Block 8, of said First Addition
to Mid-golf.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sanitary sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
sixty-five (65) feet of abutting property, as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots, Blocks and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 161 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directedto prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of Plans and Specifications and Estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the Preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of adjacent property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR269, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-269.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF December AD. 1936
