Resolution 3802 RESOLUTION NO. 3802
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying andtor repealing of the
regulations , restrictions , and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289 , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the area regulation of the following described
property, to-wit:
Blocks "E" , "H" , "I" , "K" , "L" , "N" , "0" , "R" ,
"5" and. "W" , Hibiscus Island, in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, as same is shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 87, of the
Public Records of Dade County , Florida,
be amended, supplemented , changed and/or modified so as to
change said above described property from its present Area
Regulation District No. 14 to what isknown as Area Regulation
District No. 22, as said Area Regulations are described in
Ordinance No. 289 , as amended.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 6th day of January , A. D. , 1937 , at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall , Miami
Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
